RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used haircare products (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
